Grand Forks, ND is a vibrant, picturesque city situated on the banks of the Red River of the North. It is the third largest city in North Dakota and the proud home of the University of North Dakota.

You will find plenty of attractions in Grand Forks, from the arts and culture of the North Dakota Museum of Art and the Empire Arts Center to the local history of the Myra Museum of History & Art and the Grand Forks Historic Preservation Commission.

Nature lovers will appreciate the Greenway, a 35-mile path along the Red River, and the Sertoma Park and Turtle River State Park, both of which offer plenty of outdoor activities. Summer boasts outdoor activities like biking, camping and birding. In the winter, there’s cross-country skiing, sledding and, of course, University of North Dakota hockey games.
