The City of Pembina welcomes 125-140 CaNDak bicyclists who are raising money for youth athletic and other programs. They will be camping at Ft. Daer, and have dinner Aug 2 from 5pm to 7pm (anyone wishing to join for dinner may do so after 6pm, free will donation), and there will be a street dance
