Several gyms in the FM area, Dakota Barbell, Edgar's House of Pain, CrossFit Fargo, and Rock Steady Barbell will be hosting a multi-sport event at the Red River Valley Fairgrounds in the Butler Arena.
This will include a CrossFit competition, a powerlifting meet, a strongman show, and a weightlifting meet.
There will also be a vendor village with local companies highlighting all things fitness in the community.
