Hometown Hideaway

Vacationing doesn’t have to be a chore; it can be a pleasure. When we first opened Hometown Hideaway in 2023, we understood that visitors to the Strasburg area were looking for a property that made them feel at home. If you're seeking vacation rentals in North Dakota, our two properties in the Strasburg area, the German house on Main Street and the Dutch house near Highway 83, offer unique styles and the comforts of home.

The German house has the look and feel of small town life. It has a white picket fence, front porch with on street parking. Inside you will find the living room with a couch, rocking chair, tv and more. Off to the side is a library with a chair and murphy bed. this is also where the games are board games are stored at. Straight in from the Livingroom is the kitchen that has a electric stove, refrigerator and table with chairs. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowl, cups and utensils. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer and a small table with chairs. Also off the kitchen you will find the bathroom with shower/tub combo, sink and toilet. This is stocked with many towels, washcloths for you stay. Upstairs you will find a TV and sitting room with a couch that can fold down into a bed and a half bath. Then three rooms with queen beds and dressers.

The Dutch house is a charming retro 50's home and let the nostalgia wash over you! Fully stocked with fantastic appliances like a pizza oven, convection oven, coffee maker, microwave, and so much more, it’s a dream come true! With plenty of space for guests, you'll find a queen bed in the master, a cozy full trundle and twin bed on the main level, plus four twin beds and a full bed in the loft! Get ready for unforgettable memories in this delightful getaway!
