Join us in Rugby on Friday, July 3rd for Fireworks Display! Help us celebrate America 250 in Rugby with a Fireworks Display viewable near Pierce County Fairgrounds in Rugby. Spend the 4th in Rugby - parade on July 4th beginning at 1 pm - lineup starting at noon in RHS Parking Lot.
