The Cannonball Trail is now up to a 5.5 mile natural walking path alongside the Cannonball River that flows through Mott and also extends along the edges of the community. Walk the banks of the scenic Cannonball River and along the edges of the community to experience wildlife, bird watching and immerse yourself in nature. Whether you’re a seasoned hiker or simply seeking a quiet escape, follow the path to downtown, walk to the Maercklein Gardens behind the Courthouse, and take The Loop out to the pines bordering the Watershed Dam.
