Roosevelt Park Loops
Accessibility: There are at least 2 designated accessible spaces in the paved parking lot off of Central Avenue East at the start of the trail (northwest end). Both of them are van-accessible with a striped access aisle. The trail surface is asphalt or cement and typically at least 4 feet wide. The most accessible portion of the trail is the southern portion from about 0.4 to 0.8 miles.
The estimated grade is mostly gentle (5% or less) except for a steep to very steep (over 8%) downhill section at the very beginning when starting to the east. Trail goers/hikers using wheelchairs/mobility equipment or strollers may need assistance in the steeper sections or to avoid them for safety. There are benches and picnic tables along the route for resting.
