This paved loop heads around Oak Park. There is shade in some portions of the route. Accessibility: There are at least 3 designated accessible spaces in the paved parking lots off of 4th Avenue Northwest at the start of the trail. All of them are van-accessible with striped access aisles. The trail surface is asphalt or cement, and typically at least 5 feet wide. The estimated grade is flat (1% or less). This trail will likely be navigable for most trail goers using wheelchairs/mobility equipment or stroller. There are benches and picnic tables along the route for resting
