Fjord Folk Fest is a family-friendly celebration of Scandinavian heritage featuring the traditions of Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands.
Enjoy two days of:
- Live music, folk dancing, storytelling, and Nordic entertainment across two stages
- Traditional Scandinavian favorites like lefse, meatballs, lutefisk, pastries, and more
- Shop 40+ retail and food vendors
- Live artisan demonstrations featuring traditional Nordic crafts
- Hands-on classes covering rosemaling, folklore, traditional foods, history, and Scandinavian heritage
- Viking encounters, living history, troll story time, and family-friendly activities for kids
August 21 & 22, 2026 at the Minot Municipal Auditorium.
Tickets: $15 (ages 12+), $5 (ages 4–11), ages 3 & under free.
