Norsk Høstfest: Meet the Chefs

Join us in the special taste of the Høstfest, free and open to the public at Marketplace Foods, 1930 S Broadway, Minot, ND on Tuesday, September 23rd from 11am to 1pm.

Join us at Marketplace Foods for a special free preview of the Nordic Kitchen! From 11am – 1pm at the Broadway location, our talented chefs Patrice Johnson, Stig Hansen, and Teena Anderson will be preparing sample dishes that you’ll find at Norsk Høstfest. Chat with the chefs, pick up cooking tips, and enjoy the lively atmosphere – complete with live music and dancing. It’s your chance to get a head start on the flavors of the festival!

The menu options are slated to include:
Danish Meatballs with Picked Red Cabbage and Caramelized Small Potatoes
Baked Salmon with Dill Sauce
Pickled & Curried Herring
Pumpernickel Bread
Cold cuts including Danish Ham
