Minot’s Best Bites Food Sampling Festival

Get ready to taste your way through Minot at the inaugural Minot’s Best Bites!

Join us on Thursday, August 27, from 5:00 to 9:00 PM in Citizens Alley for an evening celebrating the incredible flavors of Minot’s local restaurant scene. Sample signature bites from a variety of local restaurants, discover new favorites, and enjoy a fun night out with family and friends.

Guests can purchase tasting tickets for $2 each, allowing them to experience a wide variety of menu items throughout the evening. Every bite supports our community, with $1 from each ticket going directly to the participating restaurant and $1 benefiting the mission of Independence, Inc., helping people with disabilities live independently in our communities.

Whether you’re a lifelong Minot resident, visiting for the Airstream Rally, or simply looking for a unique evening out, Minot’s Best Bites is the perfect opportunity to experience the best of our local food scene while supporting a great cause.
