Manfred Field Day will be held Wednesday, September 2. This event is held on a Wednesday during the first half of September, either the Wednesday before or the Wednesday after the week of Labor Day. There are six stations on various historic hands-on topics, held 10 am to 2 pm, with a light lunch available to the public. This event is held in conjunction with the 4th Grade North Dakota Studies curriculum.

The Manfred Heritage Museum is open May 1 to September 30, Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. The tiny community of Manfred was placed in the National Register of Historic Places in 2017. The public is warmly welcome to enjoy this authentic settlers' community celebrating rural America! To visit in person, Manfred is in central North Dakota between Harvey and Fessenden on Highway 52. Manfred History and Preservation, Inc. (MHP, Inc.) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization that oversees the operation of the Manfred Heritage Museum. MHP, Inc. also publishes an historical periodical. For more information or to volunteer, please call or text: 701-399-6782 or email: [email protected].
