Bavarian Pretzel with Obatzda, Soft Bavarian pretzel with a spiced German cheese spread.
MAIN Cornish Weisenhendl Smoked Cornish hen, flash fried and seasoned with house Weisenhendl seasoning, served with lemon. SIDES Käsespätzle with Caramelized Onions Knife-and-board noodles grilled with sharp cheese and frites seasoning. Rotkohl with Apple Warm red cabbage with apples.
DESSERT Apfel Strudel with Bavarian Vanilla Cream Plus a Shiner Beer included!
