Grand Prairie Inn & Apartments

The Grand Prairie Inn and Apartments was built in 1906 and renovated in 2016. This building was originally built as a hospital and later converted to a dormitory for the Benson County Agriculture Training School. Much of the original charm remains with updated amenities. The Inn has three hotel rooms with private bathrooms. The building has a keypad entry system and each room has its own keypad lock. Three apartments are available for long-term rental. A laundry area and off street parking are available for all guests. Maddock amenities include a restaurant, grocery store and gas station. The area surrounding Maddock is known for hunting and fishing.
