North Dakota Book and Arts Festival

The North Dakota Book Festival is back!

After a memorable run from 2017-2019 under the vibrant leadership of NDSU Press and the Ellendale Arts Council, the North Dakota Book Festival is returning with renewed energy! We’re excited to build from this foundation to once again offer a space to support our local and regional authors and artists.

The event will occur on September 20th, from 10-5 and will feature close to 50 authors, three creative writing workshops, a discussion panel on publishing, and the launch of the University of Jamestown’s creative magazine Plainsong. There will be craft projects for younger attendees and food trucks on site for all.
