Flood Memorial Marker

Site of the former Security Building - the first of 12 structures lost to the historic flood of 1997 - it is now home to a new brownstone housing complex. However, the courtyard still contains a memorial statue along with twelve plaques detailing the events leading up the evacuation of the city.
