Time Out Wacipi Powwow 2026

The annual UNDIA Wacipi Powwow is a vibrant gathering that brings together dancers, singers, families, and visitors to honor Indigenous traditions that have endured for generations. Rooted in ceremony and community, the powwow is a space where culture is not only remembered but lived — through movement, song, storytelling, and shared experience.

Grand Entry fills the arena with color and energy as dancers in beautifully crafted regalia move to the heartbeat of the drum. Each step carries history. Each song carries memory. Elders, veterans, youth, and visitors come together in a circle that symbolizes unity, respect, and the strength of Indigenous nations.

Throughout the event, guests can experience traditional and contemporary dance styles, powerful drum groups, and the artistry of Native vendors offering beadwork, crafts, and food. Whether you are returning year after year or attending for the first time, the Wacipi Powwow welcomes all with open hearts and an invitation to learn, witness, and celebrate.
