HollyDazzle is an annual event hosted in Downtown Grand Forks and East Grand Forks. It is a kickoff to the holiday season and features free holiday activities, cocoa, s'mores, carriage rides, a parade of lights, and even a winter fireworks show. This event is completely FREE and open to the public!
