Walsh County Historical Museum is working on a time capsule that will include items from all active communities in Walsh County!
The time capsule will be dedicated during the Star Spangled Farmer’s Market on July 7th, 2026.
We are celebrating the 250th birthday of the USA and the 15 birthday of the Grafton Farmers market with free treats, free carousel rides, kids activities, free copies of the Declaration, History Professor Tom Isern, and of course our seasonal Farmer’s Market vendors!
July 7th festivities begin at 4:15 – 6:30pm on the grounds of Heritage Village, Grafton ND on Hwy 17 West.
If you are interested in contributing to the time capsule, reach out to the Grafton Farmer’s Market or to the Walsh County Historical Society and we can put you in touch with the organizers in your community.
