deTrobriand Loop

The trail begins at the parking area located just east of the Guardhouse. This loop trail winds passed the water treatment ponds and through various habitats, including tree plantings, mixed-grass prairie, and shrublands. Sections of the trail run along the eastern shoreline of Lake Sakakawea, providing scenic views of the water.
