Charcuterie Board 101 Class
Get In Contact
Charcuterie 101 is your delicious introduction to building a beautiful, crowd-pleasing board. You’ll sample five unique cheeses, learn what makes each one shine, and discover how to pair them with the right accompaniments for maximum flavor.
Our team will walk you through simple, elegant display techniques — from shaping ingredients to balancing color and texture — and you’ll even learn how to craft the perfect salami rose (yes, it’s as charming as it sounds).
Working in pairs, you’ll build a full charcuterie board designed to feed up to ten people. Relax and enjoy your creation on-site using our beautiful charcuterie boards, then pack up your leftovers (if there are any) to enjoy again at home.
Join us for this hands‑on, creative, and a little bit indulgent class… the perfect night out at The 1889.
This class is naturally gluten-free.
