Get In Contact
Join us for a traditional fall meal based on the humble hotdog Norwegian style!
Did you know that Norwegians are passionate about hotdogs, known as polser? In fact, on Norwegian Constitution Day, in May, more thank thirteen million sausages are enjoyed by Norwegians. Hotdogs are typically served in lomper, a soft potato flatbread similar to lefse, topped with an endless variety of toppings.
Enjoy preparing and tasting cultural favorites:
Polse i lompe (traditional pork hotdog wrapped in potato flatbread) with Norwegian toppings:
strawberry ketchup
dill or horseradish aioli
crispy onions
pea relish
no-dressing slaw
potetgull (chips)
Norsk agurksalat (Norwegian cucumber salad)
Norsk eplakake med mandler (Norwegian apple almond cake)
Sounds fun right??
