Horse Racing

The North Dakota Horse Park is partly operated by Horse Race North Dakota and the North Dakota Horse Park Foundation. These nonprofit organizations were created will the sole purpose of developing, operating, and overseeing equine centers, equine education, and equine-related activities.

Friday, July 10: Opening Day - Free T-Shirts to the first 500 paid patrons. The official kick-off to summer

Saturday, July 11: Family Day - Featuring kids' foot racing, interactive activities, petting zoo, face painting, balloon animals, giveaways, and more.

Friday, July 17: Casino Night - Blackjack, Roulette, Casino War, prizes and giveaways, plus drink specials.

Saturday, July 18: Corgi Races - The return of the corgis. Adorable and thrilling races featuring our favorite short-legged furry friends as they compete for a spot in the finals.

Saturday, July 25: Horses & Heroes - Active and retired Military, Law Enforcement, and First Responders receive free admission. Sponsored by ND Cowboy Hall of Fame

Sunday, July 26: Mystery Voucher - The first 250 paid patrons will receive a complimentary wallet with a mystery betting voucher of up to $1,000.

Saturday, August 1: Derby Day - Derby Hat and Best Dressed contest with prizes. Signature drinks. North Dakota Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse Derby.

Sunday, August 3: Dollar Day - $1 Admission, programs, beer, hot dogs, soda, water, juice, chips, and candy while supplies last.
