Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra

Since 1931, the Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra has been fulfilling its mission to enrich our community through the power of live music that entertains, educates and inspires. We strive to position ourselves as an integral part of the community; through every concert, special event, and educational program, we are constantly seeking new ways to bring immediacy, relevance, and personal connection to all segments of our community through the shared experience of orchestral music. The current offerings of the F-M Symphony include: five Masterworks Series Concerts featuring local, national, and international guest artists; a Chamber Music Series; and a Family and Pops Concert Series featuring music for the young and young at heart. Our educational events and outreach include the Young Artists Solo Competition for high school and college-level instrumentalists in the region, our Young People's Concert for area schoolchildren, and our Fargo Kiwanis Young Children Project.
