Buffalo Trails Museum

The Buffalo Trails Museum is located in Williams County in northwestern North Dakota. The museum consists of eight buildings located on Main Street, which nearly makes the whole of "downtown Epping" a museum. It is dedicated to preserving a record of the prairie land, of its early Indian inhabitants and of the trials and triumphs of the plains pioneer. Open seasonally: last weekend of May until last weekend of August. Group or special tours can be arranged by calling our listed phone number. We are closed during the Fall and winter months due to lack of heating and staff.
