Dunn County Historical Museum,
SAVE THE DATE! DETAILS ON TIME AND PRICE TBA RAIN OR SHINE!! PLEASE PLAN TO JOIN US FOR THIS ANNUAL NIGHT OF HEARTY TRADITIONAL FOOD AND COMMUNITY GATHERING!
WHAT IS A CREAM CAN SUPPER? It's an old fashioned meal of sausage, potatoes, corn, cabbage, carrots and onions cooked in an authentic cream can, accompanied by rolls, lemonade, water and coffee. There are a variety of homemade desserts served, including bars and cookies baked by Board and Museum Committee members. Serving and seating outside at the museum if the weather is good. If it rains, it will be moved inside the Machinery Building, but we will definitely still have the event! Handicapped accessible either way! The Machinery Building has a brand new concrete floor and there will be much more space for tables and chairs than when we set up inside the museum on rainy days in the past! Watch our website, dunncountymuseum.org, for more info to come.
We welcome groups from nursing homes and assisted living residences; we encourage those folks to arrive by 4:30 to avoid a line. Help available carrying meals; a reduced price is offered to those groups.
