Southwest Water Authority is proud to feature the 25th Annual Make a Splash Water Festival! This free event will take place on Saturday, March 7 from 1:30 - 3:30 PM MDT at the West River Community Center Indoor Pool. All are invited to enjoy free swimming during that time period.
