Phil Haugen Horsemanship returns to the Ramsey County Fairgrounds for a two-day advanced horsemanship clinic October 22 and 23.
This clinic is designed for registered participants looking to advance their horsemanship skills and improve communication and performance with their horses. Participation is limited and advance registration is required.
