Try this 0.6-mile out-and-back trail near Carpio, North Dakota. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 11 min to complete. This trail is great for birding and walking, and it's unlikely you'll encounter many other people while exploring. Dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash.
