North Dakota High School Rodeo Finals

Rodeo…it’s in our blood. It wouldn’t be a summer in Bowman, ND without the North Dakota High School Rodeo Finals. So saddle up, because this action packed event won’t disappoint. Grab your boots, denim, and hat and enjoy rodeo action in Bowman, ND for the North Dakota High School Rodeo Finals June 10-14, 2026. These student athletes are what this state is made of…grit, determination, and glory. Be a part of the tradition.

High School Rodeo contestants in the state finals compete in the preliminaries Friday and Saturday to qualify for the finals on Sunday afternoon. The top four competitors at the state level are qualified for the National High School Rodeo Finals in July. In addition to the rodeo action, vendors, concessions, Cowboy Church, and entertainment are available throughout the rodeo weekend at the Bowman County Fairgrounds.
From here, the best of the best in North Dakota will go to compete at the National competition. It's a full weekend of action-packed performances.
