Homen State Forest

The Homen State Forest, located in the western Turtle Mountain region of Bottineau County, encompasses over 4,740 acres of pristine forests, wetlands, and grasslands. Recreation areas include Pelican Sandy Recreation Area, Hartley Boundary Primitive Area, and Long Lake Public Boat Access.
