Steam, Science, and Subzero

Turn up the heat-and embrace the chill as you step into the science of heat and cold therapy!

Guests will:
- Experience steam saunas and cold plunges to observe how extreme temperatures affect the body
- Relax around Solo Stoves between sessions
- Learn the science of heat and cold shock therapy from guest speaker Tara Harding (Simply You Wellness)

What to bring & wear:
- Swimwear or clothing you don't mind getting sweaty/wet
- Slip-on shoes
- Plastic (not metal) water bottle
- Towel

Before you come:
- Stay hydrated! Drink plenty of water the day before and day of
- Showers will be available so guests can rinse off before entering saunas
