Ballroom Dance Basics

Join us for Ballroom Basics, an exciting series designed for social dance enthusiasts of all levels! Whether you're a seasoned dancer or a beginner, our experienced instructor from Northern Plains Dance will help you master essential skills like “lead and follow,” basic footwork patterns, and musicality across various popular dance styles. Experience the joy of gliding across the dance floor, feeling the rhythm, and connecting with others in a fun, social atmosphere. No partner is required! Join us on Monday evenings from 7 PM to 8 PM at the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library, Meeting Room A. Upcoming dance styles include Foxy Sway, Two Step, Rumba, East Coast Swing, and Salsa. This program is free and open to all ages, and media is welcome to attend.
