Downtowners 53rd Annual StreetFair

Each fall, the Downtowners produce an arts, craft, and food show called Street Fair. This event was created by the Downtowners in 1973 as “Customer Appreciation Days” then grew into a full blown Street Fair. 
Street Fair is now in its 53rd year. Arts, craft, and food vendors will once again line the streets of Downtown Bismarck during September 18-19, 2026. See you there! 2026 Hours: Friday, Sept. 18: 10am-8pm, Saturday, Sept. 19: 9am-6pm

Downtowners Street Fair voted “Best of the Best” Festival in Bismarck! Follow us on Facebook to get frequent updates! Barrel Train for kids (5th St), and local musicians will be busking (performing) at the Busker’s Corner on 4th and Broadway. Parking is available in the Downtown ramps for $1.50/hour or a maximum of $8/day. 

Street Fair Fast Facts: SF is currently in its 53rd consecutive year in 2026. The Street Fair preceded Folkfest starting in 1973. It was long known as the food and vendor portion of the later event Folkfest which encompasses parades and weeks worth of festivities. The 2 Day Street Fair averages between 60,000 – 70,000 patrons. There are approximately 180 food, arts, and craft vendors at Street Fair. Street Fair is spread over 7 city blocks in Downtown Bismarck. There is no parade associated with the Street Fair event.
