Raise a glass to history during “Toasting in the New Year—Historical Cocktails Class” on Tuesday, Dec. 30, 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the North Dakota Heritage Center & State Museum in Bismarck.
Join instructor Michael Kashe of Oscar’s to learn how to prepare four classic cocktails, including the famous Smith and Curran—a creamy coffee cocktail invented right here in Bismarck. Participants will gain insider bartending tips, enjoy each drink sample, and receive recipe cards to recreate the cocktails at home.
Tickets are $30 per person and must be purchased in advance on Eventbrite at HistoricalCocktails.eventbrite.com. Registration closes Dec. 23. Participants must be 21 or older, and IDs will be checked at the door. Space is limited; early registration is encouraged.
