The Bismarck Public Schools SIPs Concerts, featuring Jubilate and Bel Canto, are special performances presented to all 1st graders in the district. Part of the BPS Student Instructional Program (SIPs), which offers a glimpse into the arts, these concerts provide K-5th grade students an opportunity to experience the fine art activities available throughout the community.
