The public is invited to the 83rd annual Harry Roberts Memorial Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 12, 1 p.m. MT, at Chimney Park in Medora. This free event is for children ages 12 and under. Eggs filled with candy and fidget toys will be hidden within Chimney Park. A few lucky hunters will find golden tickets that match with an Easter basket prize. Children should bring their own collection basket or bag and must be accompanied by an adult. This event is free.

Harry Roberts, the first site supervisor at the Chateau de Morès State Historic Site, started this annual Easter egg hunt in 1941. The event is sponsored by the Chateau de Morès State Historic Site, Medora Chamber of Commerce, and Friends of the Chateau de Morès.

In case of inclement weather, the hunt will be rescheduled to Saturday, April 19. Schedule changes will be posted on Facebook facebook.com/ChateauDeMores.

For more information, contact Site Supervisor Keshna DeJesus, [email protected] or 701.623.4355.
