Take in the beauty of the season Saturday, Dec. 13, 3-5 p.m., during the Christmas Celebration at the Stutsman County Courthouse State Historic Site in Jamestown. Visit Santa Claus in the courtroom, stroll through festively decorated rooms, enjoy light refreshments, and experience the warmth and wonder of the courthouse dressed in its holiday best.
This free family-friendly program is part of the ND250 commemoration celebrating our country’s 250th birthday.
Built in 1883, the historic Stutsman County Courthouse is home to a unique hands-on exhibit about civics and local government. It is North Dakota's oldest surviving courthouse and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Located at 504 Third Ave. SE, Jamestown, the 1883 Stutsman County Courthouse State Historic Site is managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota.
