The fourth annual North Dakota Human Rights Arts Festival. The exhibition features the work of 52 different artists from around the world, each addressing a human rights, civil rights, or social justice issue. The festival is free and open to the public. This project is supported in part by a grant from the North Dakota Council on the Arts, which receives funding from the state legislature and the National Endowment for the Arts.
