THREE OAKS GUEST INN is a cozy 1915 home with its original woodwork, oak columns and open stairway. Choose from 3 comfortable bedrooms or a foldout couch and daybed in the three-season porch.
With a fully furnished kitchen, dining room and living room, the house is perfect for either large or small groups - birthday parties, small meetings, quiet family vacations, bridal showers, girl-friend getaways, graduation receptions, quilting and scrap booking groups, or family reunions. The huge lot overlooking the Sheyenne River can be used for outdoor events.
A second stairway from the backyard to the basement is ideal for hunters. In the basement is an extra kitchen sink, lots of counter space, a large freezer, and laundry facilities.
We are one block from the city campground which has trailer hookups, if some in your group prefer to bring their own camper or motor home.
Cable TV and Internet are available and there is air conditioning for summer comfort.
Rent one room or the whole house for a few hours to a week or more.
