Pioneer Heritage Center

The Pioneer Heritage Center complex is made up of the main Heritage Center building and museum, which covers the pioneering history of Northeast North Dakota between 1870-1920, as well as the local ecology. There is also a library offering resources on local and family histories. There are also a number of historic buildings from around the area, including the Hallson Church and the Gunlogson family homestead. The Heritage Center complex is the main offices for both Icelandic State Park and the Northeast North Dakota Heritage Association.
