River Keepers Reforest the Red

Volunteers are needed to plant trees and shrubs along the Red River on September 12, from noon to 8 p.m.. Planting native species along the Red River helps stabilize banks and protect the water quality. Volunteers will dig holes, plant, mulch and water. Short trainings will be held throughout the event. Come and go as your schedule allows. Hot dogs and Pepsi products while supplies last. To volunteer for this project, contact Kimberly at 701-356-8915 or Kimberly@riverkeepers.org.
