N.D. Tourism Expanding Work with Duhamel

As many of you likely noticed through social media and Fargo-based news, North Dakota Tourism is expanding its work with actor Josh Duhamel. Tourism began working with Duhamel in 2013, in preparation for its 2014 and 2015 ad campaigns. The success of that campaign prompted an expansion of Duhamel’s role as not only the voice of North Dakota Tourism, but the face of the new campaign as well. Duhamel was in North Dakota Aug. 11-19 for film and photo shoots in Theodore Roosevelt National Park, Little Missouri National Grasslands, Fort Mandan and the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center, downtown Fargo and Devils Lake. These locations were selected based on the most recent visitor study and key motivating assets for visitors. Additional locations and activities were worked into scripts. The 2016 campaign will be unveiled in January. The campaign was created by North Dakota Tourism’s agency, Odney.
